We are born running.
Chasing a feeling.
Pursuing something deeper than emotion.
A quality that satisfies our soul even when our world is falling apart.
So we search and study.
We experiment and investigate.
We say we want to be happy, but happiness is fleeting.
We don’t realize it, but we’re looking for joy.
Joy isn’t subject to mood changes.
Joy isn’t quenched by a turn of events.
Joy is an inside work of God that permeates through our lives.
It’s available to all of us.
We just have to learn how to add it to our lives and watch God multiply it.
